Since 1982 this private, non-profit, state-licensed vocational school has provided high standards of excellence and leadership in the development of a world-renowned holistic community in beautiful Santa Cruz, California.

Twin Lakes College has trained thousands of adults of all ages, interests, and backgrounds to become successful and productive massage professionals in their communities. We offer courses in Western and Eastern modalities, hypnotherapy, essential oils, Ayurvedic massage, and doula, as well as continuuing education and personal growth opportunities.

Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts has developed a unique and distinguished "client-centered approach to complementary therapy". Our "client-centered approach"™ and its principles are woven into all of our programs: Client-centered Massage Therapy™, Inner Resources™ Hypnotherapy, Gathering of the Senses™ Essential Oils Therapy, and BirthWise™ Doula Studies. Other local and international professional schools trace their roots and inspiration to the Twin Lakes College.

Our faculty, composed of many gifted instructors, brings the tools of a new vocation to students who then accomplish more than their original goals. Students are well prepared for the complex issues facing professional health care providers in the emerging fields of complementary medicines.
